About Lauren Griffin

As one of JohnHart’s Regional Managers, Lauren Griffin gets to explore her deep love for both real estate and talent acquisition on a daily basis. Boasting over 7 years of proven success in the recruitment field, she’s consistently exceeded hiring goals and improved time-to-hire metrics while managing large-scale recruitment projects.

Lauren pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism at Indiana University, Bloomington (go Hoosiers!) before relocating from Indianapolis to the San Fernando Valley where she’s resided since 2014. She got her start in recruitment at a top staffing agency as a Finance and Accounting Recruiting Manager where she was responsible for acquiring top professionals across an array of industries. She continued developing her specialty in high-growth environments, illustrating a talent for quick turnarounds of real estate brokerage operations.

Her passion for real estate also compelled her to obtain her real estate license so that she could personally assist her community in buying, selling and investing in property. Her devotion to providing outstanding customer service, fostering positive candidate experiences, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion makes her a winning addition to the JohnHart family.

Lauren is a proud serving member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., consistently giving back to her community through volunteer work. In her free time, she loves catching sun at the beach, seeing the world, and cherishing every moment with her friends and family.
