JohnHart Real Estate has been a godsend to my family. After my father passed away, we inherited properties that were upside down to the extreme and causing us severe financial hardship to continue owning. I am so grateful when I have the opportunity to do a 5 star. YEA ! ! ! Let me say that again. I owed more to the bank than the property was worth and they were able to get me cash from the deal.

I am still waiting for the final check from the bank but already received a small part of my procedes. I will update this review once it is received.. The staff at JohnHart was incredible.

Sona is a queen. Misan is great and Harout and Maral are magicians. This was a very VERY difficult sale for me and yet it worked out OK.

One of the girls, a professional who multitasks, ( Sona) said something to me that made a monster shift in my entire approach to what I am doing after this sale.

So a RARE RARE RARE 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

The entire team was excellent. Special thanks to Henrik, with whom we dealt most if the time and Moses who took fantastic photos of the property. Henrik stayed on top of everything and answered all our concerns with understanding and great professionalism. From the start they handled everything efficiently and kept us informed throughout. We only had to show our home for one day. They scheduled the showing at our convenience and it was taken the first afternoon. There were no costs to us, as they promised. Also, even thought they are far from us, they came to us as needed (three times) so we were not taken away from our business. Henrik Shaknazaryan was absolutely fantastic. He managed everything to our full satisfaction. He has excellent experience and was totally professional throughout the process. We relocated from California a couple years ago and Henry handled the short sale of our former house in California. Henry knew the processes with the lenders very well. The house was listed for sale and sold within 3 months!! We even got money back from the deal; Henry clearly knows all about short sale. This is my first Yelp review...and the first time that I've felt compelled to give one.

I was behind about 1 year on my mortgage and in mid September I received a letter from JohnHart saying that my property had a foreclosure data of 10/18/2018. I had resigned myself to letting my property go into foreclosure, but now with the actual date looming, I decided I'd see if I could get approved for a short sale instead. They led me through every step of the process...there was quite a bit of paperwork to complete in the first week or so but it turned out to be well worth it....they got the foreclosure date postponed and then they closed the short sale on Nov. 2, only 6 weeks after I'd received their letter! One thing that may have sped the process was the fact that I had a renter in my property who ended up buying it, but even without that I'm confident they would have had my place sold in early November. I highly, highly recommend them if you think your only alternative is foreclosure.
