About Jenny Manukyan

As JohnHart’s Director of Operations, Jenny Manukyan is one of the most recognized leaders of our support team, working directly with everyone from our CEO to our entry level employees. She uses her comprehensive overview of company structure along with scrutinizing observations of JohnHart’s mechanics to best refine the business strategies that continue to build our reputation as one of the most agile real estate companies in the industry. Often acting as the intermediary between clients, brokers, agents, escrow, and title, Jenny’s hands-on approach and no-nonsense attitude make her one of the most vital resources on the JohnHart team.

Jenny got her start in retail, rapidly moving up through supervisory and managerial positions with an unparalleled determination. Working in a retail setting helped her hone her razor sharp managerial style which she eventually fine-tuned as part of the leadership team for a law firm specializing in debt assistance. It was at this law firm that Jenny became closely acquainted with the eye-opening and heartbreaking realities of homeowners in financial peril. It was an experience that radically changed her career trajectory.

By this point, Jenny had already obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge before handily adding her real estate license to her growing skillset. Her time at CSUN was invaluable in teaching her project management which, when paired with her team management expertise, prepared her for her most ambitious lunge up the career ladder yet.

Combining her passion for providing practical solutions for those in need, an exceptional gift for managing projects as much as people, and exposure to the kind of pressure that turns raw drive into indestructible diamond, Jenny became a pillar of JohnHart’s principles from the company’s earliest days. Everyone at JohnHart knows Jenny, but more importantly, Jenny knows everyone at JohnHart which makes her a crucial part of our leadership team.

When not solving problems as the Director of Operations at JohnHart, you’ll often find Jenny solving mysteries as she listens to her favorite true crime podcasts. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, setting an example for both of her daughters, and further exploring the nuances and ever-shifting landscapes of the real estate industry.
