About Mary Del Favero

Having been a Realtor® herself for nearly 6 years, Mary Del Favero knows firsthand the stresses and challenges of today’s market. It’s not only why she has such an obvious empathy and patience when serving JohnHart’s agents, but also why she’s so adept at finding creative solutions to the many potential impasses of any given transaction. As one of JohnHart’s highly skilled Marketing Managers, Mary regularly uses her meticulously detail-oriented approach and experienced designer’s vision to help her agents meaningfully connect and resonate with their target audiences.

Mary fell in love with marketing while taking her first high school graphic design class. Illustrating a natural affinity for compelling form, she would go on to obtain her degree in Graphic Design, all the while obsessively searching for the latest Photoshop tutorials or creating digital art for fun. An early job selling custom framing at Michaels illuminated her passion for sales as she found she had a knack for quickly connecting and forming relationships, turning casual browsers into repeat customers. She quickly became a top sales associate, boasting the highest upgrades and revenue in her district, not to mention the highest number of returning customers.

It wasn’t until she embraced a career in real estate that Mary found an artful way to blend all of her passions. During her time as a licensed Realtor® , she handily obtained her FTBS® (First Time Buyers Specialist) and SFR® (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) certifications which supported her when she later took a role at a real estate brokerage overseeing onboarding and marketing campaigns. Marketing was always at the heart of her endeavors, whether helping her own clients buy or sell property, or helping agents better serve their clients.

In her personal life, Mary prioritizes health whether road cycling, hiking, or adhering to a vegan lifestyle. This ties into her kindness toward animals, which she also expresses through her volunteer work at local animal shelters or simple cuddling up on the couch with her adorable black kitties, Umbra & Binx. With such a creative personality, Mary requires a diversity of outlets including photography (particularly nature scenes), gardening, and, of course, painting, drawing, and digital art. And when it comes time to unwind, she finds that nothing quite beats a good horror movie.
