About Lilia Asserian

Marking her first foray into serving a real estate company, Lilia Asserian joins JohnHart as one of our resident baristas. You’ll mostly find her stationed behind the bar of the Grind at our Campus location in La Cañada, serving up invigorating coffee beverages and other refreshing drinks to JohnHart’s agents, staff, and guests. Lilia’s expertise extends beyond the coffee bar and into the food and beverage industry as a whole, supported by certificates in Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training and mixology.

Lilia was born in Tehran, Iran, moving to the United States in 2011. Also managing the operations of her own business, her entrepreneurial spirit is a natural match for JohnHart’s penchant for innovation. When not bringing much-needed refreshment to our offices, Lilia enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and catching up with friends.
