Since 2010, Katya Chavez has been exploring her passion for real estate through a variety of roles. While she’s partial to architecture, her determination and personal work philosophies have guided her to share her insight as one of JohnHart Real Estate’s Marketing Managers, supported by her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Management from California State University, Northridge. Katya works closely with her agents toward consistent daily wins facilitated by her peerless work ethic.

Having grown up in West Los Angeles, Katya enjoys hiking the city’s scenic trails with her morkie (Maltese/Yorkie) and her boyfriend before trying their luck in the kitchen where she swears their culinary creations are improving each day!
