About Julie Kim

Hailing from the windy city of suburban Illinois, she came to Los Angeles, California, more than 35 years ago and never looked back. She fell in love with sunny California, its people, its culture, and its beautiful beaches and decided to make it her home. Now, she wants to help her clients experience the warmth and culture the state has to offer by helping them find the right home.

Julie started pursuing her passion for real estate by investing in properties after she graduated in social work. She became a licensed real estate broker in 2005. This led her to join JohnHart Real Estate because she wanted to become a part of a brokerage that trusts its agents and puts its clients above all. In addition, her background in social work enables her to establish and maintain excellent relationships with her clients and help them understand the transaction process. She specializes in single-family and condominium properties and believes in establishing long-lasting relationships with her clients.

She is a bi-lingual Korean-American, which helps her reach out to and assist clients from diverse backgrounds. As a real estate professional, she recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her, and she strives every day to exceed their expectations. She guides her clients every step of the way to ensure they make the right decision regarding the biggest investments of their lives. Julie’s goal is to make the process of selling and buying easy and stress-free for her clients and make their dreams come true.
