About Brandon Gerlach

Recognizing that the purchase or sale of a home is likely the biggest transaction of a person’s life, Brandon Gerlach puts his full server’s heart into demystifying transactions, showing his clients that their real estate goals aren’t just possibilities, but enjoyable journeys. He loves that real estate is all about what you make it: for some, that’s an investment; for others, a forever home. The only constant is the limitless potential, which Brandon has been helping clients access since obtaining his license in 2018.

Brandon grew up in Modesto before moving with his family to Burbank at the age of 10. He obtained his Associate Degree from Los Angeles Valley College while continuing to absorb information about the diverse housing markets in the area. Today, he calls Toluca Lake home, an area he adores for its wealth of restaurants, hiking trails, nightlife, and attractions.

When not helping clients satisfy their real estate dreams, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, including cooking, catching up on their favorite shows, and walking their golden retriever, Hazel. He also prioritizes an active lifestyle, regularly working out, hiking, and playing soccer.
