Kerry Nash first felt her first stirrings of real estate passion while sitting on the other side of a settlement statement. She had just purchased a home in Las Vegas and was shocked by her agent’s ability to turn a dauntingly massive financial move into a fun experience. Ever since then, a career in real estate has been coloring her thoughts. But it would still be some time before she turned those thoughts into an actionable reality.

Kerry grew up in Kissimmee, Florida on the periphery of the state’s burgeoning tourist industry. Her happy-go-lucky personality and outgoing spirit were just too big for a town built on tourist traps, so she started studying acting in college while dreaming of Hollywood. She made a pit stop in Las Vegas where she spent 4 years polishing her craft before finally arriving in Tinsel Town in late 2012, immediately plunging into acting gigs while juggling stints as a bartender and a tour guide at Universal Studios. Yet the impression real estate had left on her remained as a constant fixture in her dreams. So, she figured juggling one more interest couldn’t hurt and quickly obtained her real estate license.

Today, she counts the opportunity to guide people through the biggest financial decision of their lives among her greatest thrills. She loves educating clients on the importance of generational wealth with her trademark brand of contagious quirkiness. Clients easily connect with Kerry’s open friendliness and ability to help them laugh through even the most complicated transactions. Kerry enjoys an insatiable love for life that she explores through dancing, hiking, swimming, improv theater, and comedy, just to name a few. Yet spending quality time with her partner of 10 years and her two pups, Brock and Helper, always tops the list of things she adores.
