With 30 years of real estate expertise under her belt, Jill Stratton excels at new home sales as well as resales… and has the referrals to prove it! Driven by the opportunity to improve the lives of others, she balances her impressive knowledge with a kind compassion that irons out any bumps in the road to real estate investment.

Jill grew up in Canada before moving to the U.S., dividing the next 40 years between the states of Washington and California. Ultimately, California became her permanent residence as she spent 18 years getting to know the unique community of Palm Springs. She spent almost 16 years living and working in the San Diego real estate market, specializing in beachfront properties. These days, Jill splits her time between selling homes in San Diego and Palm Springs, including the surrounding desert communities of the Coachella Valley.

Using her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Spanish, Jill accommodates a wide and diverse clientele with her stress-free approach to buying and selling homes. In her mission to help others, she started with commercial leasing, even undergoing advanced training to obtain her Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) certification. Service is always paramount in her priorities, so you can count on Jill to always put your needs first in a transaction.

In her spare time, Jill loves catching up with her grandchildren, enjoying the ocean whether boating or snorkeling, or unwinding with a game of tennis. She also adores animals of all kinds.
