Dawn spent her formative years getting to know the Antelope Valley area; a community she happily serves today. Her passion for real estate was stirred after the loss of her husband. With three children relying on her, she had to do something big just to make ends meet. Real estate not only gave her the means to provide for her family but tapped into her knack for helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Today, she’s bringing her gift to people all across the Antelope Valley, particularly specializing in the West Lancaster and Rosamond communities. She still feels a certain thrill handing the keys over to a first time home buyer. She credits her success to communication as clear as it is timely; even when it's news her client doesn’t want to hear. But Dawn also understands that knowledge is the most solid platform for a solution.

In her free time, Dawn loves watching her grandbabies grow and enjoying tranquil afternoons boating down scenic rivers.
