About Kris Karaian
Achieving his license in 2013, Kris Karaian has already sold a remarkable 300 homes in his first decade as a real estate agent. His confident, determined and results-driven style was instrumental in selling the legendary Record Plant, one of the most renowned recording studios in the world. Now, he’s applying that same persistence to making dreams come true as an agent for JohnHart Real Estate.
Kris was born and raised in Los Angeles, exhibiting an intricate knowledge of the city down to its nuances. He graduated from CSUN, majoring in Political Science while minoring in an array of interests including Economics, Armenian Studies, Chicano Studies, and Latin American Studies. He still regularly taps into those teachings to better serve the wonderfully diverse population of the Greater Los Angeles area.
Fresh out of the nightclub industry at age 25, Kris found himself missing his time in sales. So he asked himself, “What’s the biggest thing I could sell?” He determined it was the earth itself and today he’s tenaciously working at that dream one property at a time. Kris is grateful for every opportunity to bring a dream into reality. He recognizes his responsibility to help people find a home in which they’re comfortable beginning and ending every day. Therefore, he applies an unparalleled work ethic to each transaction while treating his trusted clients to exclusive industry knowledge and tips.
Kris looks back fondly on his childhood, growing up as a chess champion with a twin sister. These days, he cherishes every opportunity to spend quality time with his wife, his dog, and his close friends. He’s also a huge sports fan with particular love for the Eagles and the Lakers. Always pushing himself to the next vista, he values the time to work out and improve himself by 1% every day.
