About Ilona Harutyunyan

With her fluency in Russian and Armenian, Ilona loyally serves her community with an unimpeachable honesty and professionalism that keeps her clients returning. Supported by over a decade of experience in sales and customer service, plus her roles in property management, she has the experience to elevate clients to their goals of homeownership.

Born and raised in Armenia, Ilona moved stateside in 2012. While managing her properties, she was frequently mistaken for a practicing real estate agent because of her authority and expertise. Recognizing her gift, Ilona obtained her real estate license and is now helping clients buy and sell homes from Burbank to Lancaster. With her constant accessibility, quick response times, and outstanding communication, she keeps clients up to date on the status of their transactions so there’s never any confusion.

When not going the extra mile for her clients, Ilona adores spending time with her family, including her beautiful 2-year-old son. And as a family, they love to immerse themselves in all things soccer!
