About Adam Schenck
In his 20 years in the real estate industry, Adam Schenck has come to be known as the Real Estate Jedi. It’s more than a fun name. It’s an ethos; a code that ensures he will ethically dedicate himself to doing what’s best for you, no matter your real estate needs. From the thrills of property investment to the emotionally complex sale of a long-time family home, Adam delivers results with honesty, respect, and even a bit of fun!
Adam grew up in Burbank, giving him firsthand experience of Southern California’s housing market. Initially an investor, he grew to love the thrill of acquiring generational wealth so much that he wanted to help others do the same. Since then, he’s been helping people realize their wildest real estate dreams all across Southern California and beyond… never let it be said he’s afraid of a long drive!
As part of Adam’s real estate philosophy, he’s always on a quest to learn and grow. He believes trust should be earned, building it daily through integrity, dedication, and shared knowledge as he helps his clients fully understand transactions from start to finish. Ultimately, he sees real estate as a deeply emotional experience, often returning to his mantra, “You’re not my client until we talk about fear… because if you’re not a little afraid, you’re not paying attention.” Adam never shies away from a difficult conversation, recognizing it’s in these moments that relationships are built. It’s why he still counts a vast number of his clients as lifelong friends and has built his business with referrals at the core.
As the Real Estate Jedi, Adam is clearly a Star Wars fan! He’s also heavily involved with The ManKind Project, a network of nonprofits that support men in doing emotional work to strengthen their integrity, accountability, and understanding of self.
