Supported by her experience in training and education, she excels at breaking down the complexities of a transaction so her clients are never in the dark. Recognizing the financial and emotional gravity of a transaction for most of her clients, she remains patient, understanding, and accessible. A tech savvy marketer, Chiquita uses a variety of platforms to get homes in the eyes of prospective buyers. And when it comes time to hit the negotiation table, her personability gives her an advantage in working with the agent across the aisle. Chiquita believes everyone should have an opportunity to own real estate, and adores her role in her clients’ dreams of homeownership. She also loves the diversity of people she meets in her career, finding new and fun aspects to appreciate every day.

Chiquita grew up in Atlanta but spent her pre-teen years moving all around the eastern US; an experience which she appreciates in hindsight. It wasn’t until 2009 that she moved to California. And though she left to pursue opportunities, she found herself drawn back to the Golden State in 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Georgia, a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Virginia, and a graduate certificate in Spanish Interpretation & Translation from UCLA. While attending Howard University School of Law, she found herself infatuated by the concepts proposed by a class on real estate law. Upon returning to California, she obtained her real estate license to explore her obsession. Since then, she’s been primarily focused on the West Valley, though has expanded her business to neighborhoods all across the Greater Los Angeles area.

As an actress herself, Chiquita loves attending live theatre or going to the movies. She’s also an avid traveler. In between trips, she can be found touring museums, enjoying comedy shows and concerts, horseback riding, completing logic puzzles, dancing, and reading.
