In his first 7 months as a real estate agent, Jaylen Thompson had already submitted well over 100 offers. Perhaps it was his knack for calculating the current and potential value of a home along with accurately assessing rehab costs; a skill he honed in his house flipping days. Maybe it was his philosophy that found him relentlessly pursuing knowledge and studying strategy: the more you learn, the more you benefit just as the more you know, the more you can help. Or it could have been his personal experiences imbuing him with an authentic empathy that refused any corporate facade and held him to a consistent sincerity in his mission and motives. No matter the secret ingredient, Jaylen continues to proudly serve clients in such a way that makes homeownership feel like a walk in the park.

Jaylen was born and raised in Sacramento before moving to Los Angeles in 2019. At a young age, his mother purchased her first home. But without any support and not being savvy about the housing market herself, she ended up later selling the home at a loss; an event that Jaylen remembers as “heartbreaking.” Since those days, his family has been stuck in a rental loop. It’s all the motivation he needs to use his knowledge and skill to ensure his family and his clients never have to feel that kind of fear or confusion again. Upon moving to LA, Jaylen befriended a highly successful real estate professional and was encouraged to pursue his gift for helping people navigate the ever-shifting terrain of the SoCal housing market.

Noted for his loyalty, Jaylen employs both situational awareness and empathy to always ensure his clients needs are addressed. He also exhibits a distinct calm in the face of pressure, instead valuing the wealth of options provided by a real estate transaction. An adventurous realtor, Jaylen takes that thirst for life into his personal time as well, rarely turning down a chance to travel and see the world’s beauty. He grew up playing basketball and admits that, as much as has changed in his life, his love for the game remains pure. Prioritizing a healthy lifestyle, he works out daily. He also enjoys trying new foods or taking some time out to relax and catch up on a good TV show.
