About Veronica Newbern

Energized by the opportunity to help members of her community fulfill their every real estate dream, Veronica “Ronnie” Newbern stays up to date on the constant shifts in the housing market, serving clients with her hard-working, articulate style while keeping the process fun. As a certified REALTOR®, she prioritizes learning updates to best practices, taking advantage of JohnHart’s frequent real estate training courses and seminars, not to mention courses offered through national, state, and local real estate associations. She always goes above and beyond in her goal to provide exceptional service and care to buyers and sellers, aligning with JohnHart’s client-first philosophy.

Having grown up in Los Angeles before moving to Pasadena in 1976, Ronnie holds a deep understanding of the area and its various housing markets. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she achieved her life insurance certification through the Mike Russ School and studied Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Prompted by a joint real estate development venture with her husband of 30 years, Ronnie handily received her real estate license through the Rockwell School of Real Estate. This allowed her to deftly handle the marketing side of the business while her husband focused on his specialty, architecture. Unfortunately, Ronnie’s husband passed away in December 2021. Since then, she’s turned her focus to her passion for real estate, establishing lifelong relationships with clients in her community while helping them benefit from her expertise.

When not elevating clients to their real estate goals, Ronnie loves experiencing all life has to offer including singing, dancing, sewing, light hiking, walking, playing pool (though she claims she’s not very good at it), laughing at anyone’s jokes, or spending the evening listening to live jazz. She also enjoys catching up with friends over a glass of wine. But nothing compares to the time she spends with her grown children. Ronnie also regularly takes advantage of the area’s beautiful beaches with Huntington Beach as her particular favorite. When at home, she likes to unwind by reading, journaling, or watching a good movie.
