Yaretzy was born in Sylmar, giving her plenty of familiarity with the Greater Los Angeles area’s market, though she particularly focuses on the San Fernando Valley. For the 15 years that she referred tax clients to real estate professionals, she gained a deep understanding of what clients needed to see their mortgage loans approved without risking debt. Today, she regularly uses this expertise (along with creative solutions and her ambitious drive) to loyally guide her clients to their real estate dreams down a pathway of sound decisions.

The proud mother of two boys ages 7 and 14, Yaretzy enjoys motherhood and spending quality time with her sons including touring various theme parks. She also cherishes each moment spent with her hairless Sphynx cat. She has a distinct knack for decorating, adoring it every time of the year but particularly during the holidays.
