About Maria Sims

Since 2004, Maria Sims has been using her bilingual accommodation (se habla español) to artfully assist members of her community in making sound decisions on the path to their real estate goals. Renowned for her effective communication skills, she takes pride in helping members of her community who may otherwise be discouraged by a language barrier. She loves the opportunity to show her clients a stress-free path through a multitude of transactions, employing her experience in property management as well as her keen attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and, most importantly, integrity.

Originally born in Central America, Maria moved to the Antelope Valley when she was just 6 years old, giving her decades to cultivate an expert knowledge of the area and its housing market. She graduated from High Desert Medical College where she earned a certificate in Ultrasound Technician Programming. It helped her further develop her compassion and empathy which, when combined with her motivated, self-driven style and expert knowledge, gets results for her clients.

When not helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, Maria enjoys working as a volunteer Team Mom for a baseball league. She loves helping youth have fun on the field and witnessing the direct impact it has on the surrounding community. In her free time, she cherishes quality time spent with her family, especially her grandbabies!
