While Alen primarily focuses on residential transactions, his gift for strategy has led him to consider the occasional commercial real estate deal. Alen grew up in Glendale, accumulating an in-depth understanding of what makes the Greater Los Angeles area so special. His twin passions remain real estate and music, inspiring him to major in Music when obtaining his Bachelor of Arts.

When not artfully guiding clients through sensitive real estate transactions, Alen enjoys working in the studio, recording music or editing videos that he’s shot, including real estate videos. He loves seeing as much of the world as he can through regular travel. He also recognizes the benefits of an active lifestyle, exploring the great outdoors through camping, hiking, and fishing.
