Born in Beverly Hills, Lidia primarily grew up in Sherman Oaks, curating a lifelong familiarity with LA’s diverse housing markets. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems. While studying at CSUN, Lidia worked closely with the IRS to help low-income individuals file taxes. She even used her gift for negotiation to dispute cases against the IRS in federal tax court.
