About Vershean Smith
Real estate agent Vershean Smith is better known as “Sunshine” because of her tendency to bring light into people’s lives. She adores every aspect of real estate but takes particular pride in illuminating the joys of generational wealth, showing families and underprivileged members of the community that real estate dreams don’t have to stay dreams. She recognizes that her clients are often making the largest purchases of their lives and cherishes the role she plays in elevating them to their goals. Sunshine takes a hands-on approach so that, by the end of a transaction, clients become family.
Sunshine grew up in Southern California but moved to Seattle where she lived for 27 years. Coming from a nursing background, she couldn’t ignore her entrepreneurial spirit and opened a successful salon that she oversaw for over two decades. It was that same entrepreneurial spirit that prompted her to explore her passion for real estate when she returned to Los Angeles in 2020.
When not using her honest, transparent approach to helping clients realize their real estate aspirations, Sunshine enjoys life as a wife, mother to three children (and one bonus child), and grandmother of three grandchildren. She also prioritizes giving back to her neighborhood through regular community service. When time allows, you’ll often find her riding her Harley Davidson… if you can keep up!
