In 1994 Patricia graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in business and an option in both real estate and finance. She has been in the real estate business and real estate related fields for 28 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in the escrow and mortgage lending fields.
She realizes her true passion in life is helping people obtain their dream of becoming a homeowner. She takes tremendous pride in her profession and truly enjoys finding the perfect home for both the new and experienced home buyer.

My husband and I first met Patricia in spring 2009 when we she helped us secure our very first home in Southern California (Santa Clarita area). She held our hand throughout the entire process. Her customer service is BEYOND WORDS. I distinctly remember her coming to our apartment at 10 p.m. in Santa Monica to sign some papers just so our offer could be the first one on the table in the morning when the selling agent came into the office. She introduced us to our mortgage broker (who we also adore). I was (and still am) blown away by her knowledge of the industry, the ebbs/flows of the housing market, etc. She helped us understand the home inspection report...guided us through what to fight for in the negotiation process and what to "let slide" ... and so much more. And she did all of this while ALWAYS having the most positive attitude and amazing smile. She not only is an extremely talented real estate agent who truly LOVES what she does, she is an amazing person.
