About Inga Babakhanyan

Since 2011, Inga Babakhanyan has been using her meticulous attention to detail and experienced insight to keep transactions moving smoothly behind the scenes for the real estate partnership of Martin & Mike Properties. During that time, she served as a real estate agent and broker associate, but since 2017, she’s realigned her focus to providing support as the team’s dedicated operations manager.

Inga was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia. After accepting a full tennis scholarship at California State University Northridge at the age of 16, she moved to the United States where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts in 2006, her Master’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2007, and a second Master’s Degree in Business Management in 2008, all from Pennsylvania Western University. In 2008, she decided to make Los Angeles her permanent home.

While balancing a career as a tennis instructor for an illustrious country club and assisting her future husband Mike Babakhanyan with marketing emails, Inga found the encouragement to pursue her passion for real estate. Today, she continues to adore the ever-evolving real estate industry while lending her calm, collected, and detail-oriented approach to ensuring that operations for Martin & Mike Properties move confidently forward.
