Born and raised in Los Angeles, Giovany spent his formative years falling in love with his hometown. He is constantly looking out for your own best interests. Right when I reached out to him via text, he wanted to speak to me over the phone to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home. He also told me about himself and how he learned to be a realtor under his mother at a young age and how he still works with his mother to this day. He stayed consistent and reliable throughout the whole process, ensuring we understood every step and what we were signing. We were extremely lucky in finding a home only after 2 weeks of searching, but Geo made it clear that he would be with us and make sure we found the home of our dreams whether it took looking at 2 homes or even 100 homes. I highly recommend using Geo as your agent if you want the job done right and professionally. I have known him for many years and have seen his success in real estate from afar. However, when it came time to selling my home and using him as my agent I was able to experience first hand why he is so successful and personally I fell he is one of best agents out there. He and his team work hard for you from beginning to end. Geo came into my house with ideas on how to stage my home and even gave a helping hand when it came to moving furniture.
