Sako Hamparsomian has lived in Pasadena and the immediate area for over 45 years. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been a Realtor® for twenty years. Sako's been active in the real estate services business from Pasadena to Malibu to Palm Desert and up in Big Bear, while constantly servicing adjacent cities like La Canada, Altadena, Arcadia, San Marino, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena, and beyond for many successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence come from his real estate services to many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others result in repeat and referral business that keeps him productive and successful. He also works with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

Sako has received numerous awards for his quality service and sales production. He has also co-listed in Malibu with Madison Hildebrand from Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing." As an independent broker, he successfully closed multi-millions in sales. His general marketplace covers the San Gabriel Valley, but he will be pleased to work anywhere his clients may need service. Sako has an intimate knowledge of construction, which gives his buyers & sellers an upper hand with questions about the realistic costs for improvements of properties.
