About John Khodanian

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I have lived and breathed the Southern California real estate market for as long as I can remember. To me, the real estate business means more than just selling houses. It’s about helping my clients achieve their dreams. I learned about the business from my parents, who have been involved in real estate development for years. From a young age, I knew that I wanted to be involved in this industry and develop a path for myself. My interest first began with architecture, but later evolved into a deep fascination of the manpower and business savvy that goes into developing and selling a residential property. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2018 with a B.A. in Anthropology, I began my career by managing multiple commercial properties for my family. The organizational skills I learned from my time in property management are perfectly suited for my role as a real estate agent: attention to detail; an expert grasp of numbers and negotiating skills; an ability to bring people together for a common goal; a unique set of sales and marketing strategies; and a creative eye for real estate architecture and development.
