About Sarkis Semerjyan

In his first decade of service, Sarkis Semerjyan sold nearly 300 homes as well as commercial properties including the legendary Record Plant, a true LA icon. When he obtained his real estate license in 2006, it was to use a better understanding of real estate to help him in his role as a branch manager for a reputable bank where he frequently focused on mortgage loans and underwriting consumer loans. These days, he taps into that rich background in the financing sector to give his real estate clients an advantage while he hones his knowledgeable, honest approach. Ultimately, he remains devoted to serving his community with no expectation of anything in return; he just loves to help.

Sarkis was born in Armenia, moving to Los Angeles at the age of 11, giving him plenty of time to master the nuances of the city’s diverse housing markets. Growing up as a chess champion, he tapped into his natural gift for strategy, paving his way to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He derives a particular pleasure from watching geographic areas develop over time, marveling at the rise of new communities.

Sarkis is a true family man, cherishing moments spent with his family, taking his children to the athletic sports club, catching up with his twin sister, even spending time with his dog. Being an entrepreneur, he’s always involved in new businesses and projects, but still finds time to work out or catch Eagles and Lakers games.
