About Patricia Carr

Patricia “Pato” Carr has been fascinated by real estate for as long as she can remember. She credits this to the sacred intimacy in the memories created under a communal roof. Pato believes it's integral to keep her clients dreaming even as their goals manifest in reality. And with over 20 years of experience in business management and sales leadership, she offers her own unique touch to propelling her clients’ dreams ever forward.

Growing up in Argentina where she eventually studied chemical engineering, Pato’s life path could have easily veered in a dramatically different direction. But she fell in love with Los Angeles while spending six-months in the sun-kissed city immediately after high school. In 1998, she made her own dream come true by permanently moving to LA.

Having spent the last decade in Sherman Oaks, she’s built solid relationships all across the South Valley from Studio City to Woodland Hills. These days, she’s building even more with her discerning standards of excellence, remarkable analytical skills, and hands-on approach that assures clients she is personally invested in their success. She’s second-to-none in effective listening, not just hearing but understanding her clients’ objectives so she can map out the best strategies to their gain.

When not helping clients realize their real estate dreams, Pato loves spending time with her 4-year-old daughter. As a single mother, she cherishes the strong bond that they enjoy. She also loves staying active through traveling, paddleboarding, and swimming. Yet her true passion remains salsa dancing, inspiring her to grace dance floors for several years now.
