It was a day like any other in sunny Oxnard, California when a thought suddenly came to the mind of Fallon Marie O’Brien as she happily worked away building and refurbishing another home in the community she loved. “If working on homes brings me this much joy, imagine how I’d feel helping people buy or sell them?” After all, each home was a literal work of art to her. That’s all it took for her to retarget her seemingly inexhaustible determination on obtaining her real estate license.

Fallon was born and raised in Oxnard and spent her formative years getting to know every nook and cranny of Ventura County. With its unbeatable weather, wealth of arts, variety of recreational activities, and diverse community, she never took for granted that she’d been born into paradise. And she wanted to bring that same thrill to as many people as possible.

These days, she combines her unparalleled familiarity with Ventura County (including the cities of Oxnard, Ventura, and Camarillo), her storied experience in home construction and renovation, and her customer service experience to give her clients a professional advantage. Her passion is further stoked by the strong connections she builds with her client base as she strives to make the process of buying or selling a home simple and easy to understand for everybody involved. She recognizes that a home is often the largest investment a person will make in their life and feels honored to guide her clients through every step of the process and beyond. That same love that she once poured into building new homes is now poured into building her community.

When she’s not laying solid foundations for lifelong relationships with her clients, Fallon is naturally immersing herself in her Ventura community at every opportunity. She loves spending time at the numerous scenic beaches, pastoral hiking trails, or, when the inspiration strikes her, passionately creating art in her studio.
