About Joshua Trujillo

Spending his formative years in San Francisco, Joshua Trujillo felt an immediate fascination with architecture that only grew with time. He carried it with him when his family made the move to the San Fernando Valley when he was just 10-years-old. This wasn’t a passing phase. As a young man, he used his developed entrepreneurial skills and business savvy to open up a successful and reputable home improvement company, Tru Custom Shutters. This not only allowed him to work with his favorite subject matter but also gave him the opportunity to develop his client relation skills, spending a decade (and counting) serving area homeowners.

Joshua made several friends in the real estate industry while growing his business, each of them recognizing how easily his talents could be applied to realty. Eventually, he heeded their advice and obtained his real estate license. Today, he enjoys serving clients across the Greater Los Angeles area including the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Antelope Valleys. Foreshadowed by Tru Custom Shutters’ 5-star Google rating, Joshua continues to take service seriously, relishing every opportunity to “wow” his clients with an unparalleled understanding of their needs and constant accessibility. He regularly taps into his burgeoning network of trusted professionals to help his clients achieve their goals, no matter how lofty. And above all, he genuinely loves each person that God places in his path, listening to their stories and dreams with eagerness.

Married to the love of his life for the last 22 years, Joshua is a proud father of four: two daughters and two sons. He’s a dedicated family man, cherishing every moment he gets to spend loving life with them, whether it be specialty coffee dates with his daughter, supporting his 11-year-old with her boutique business Beys Beedz at various pop-ups throughout the valley, or simply enjoying a Sunday afternoon smoking meat on his Traeger Grill. Despite his busy and blessed life, Joshua still finds time to serve the youth of his community through his work with juvenile justice programs Champions in Service and The Mission City Project.
