About Iris Perez

For Iris Perez, a career in real estate was never a question of “if” but “when.” Even as a child growing up in the Santa Paula neighborhood of Ventura County, she never passed up an opportunity to check out a local open house or tour the staged model homes of new property developments. Realty even remained her dream when her hard work temporarily knocked her off her planned trajectory.

Toward the end of high school, she received a Presidential Scholarship granting her a full ride to CSUCI. She seized the opportunity to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology. But the seemingly endless studying did nothing to quiet the yearning she felt for real estate. So immediately after graduating in 2021, Iris enrolled in the necessary real estate courses, obtaining her license as soon as scheduling allowed.

Iris seamlessly blends honesty, persistence, and a sense of professional respect in a way that forges close relationships with her clients while helping them navigate the twists and turns of real estate transactions. She recognizes the intimacy of finding a dream home or selling a home full of cherished memories and strives to make it an exciting and fun experience. Employing social media for heightened accessibility and familiarity, Iris encourages her clients to get to know her better through her regular updates and videos. She looks forward to not only becoming a professional real estate advocate for her clients but also their trusted friend.

Her attention to detail, loyalty to her client’s goals, and authentic kindness help her clients to get the most out of their experience. Having just moved to Lancaster, she’s primarily focusing on the bountiful Palmdale/Lancaster area but also services Santa Clarita, Valencia, Fillmore, Santa Paula, Ventura, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and Camarillo.

When not working, Iris enjoys staying active whether it be in the gym or on the hiking trail. You’ll often find her immersing herself in the Greater Los Angeles area including cheering through the Dodgers game, spending a day at Disneyland, or off-roading on a 4 x 4 RZR. Iris shares a strong bond with her dogs; a corgi, two yorkies, and a German shepherd. She also cherishes the time she gets to spend with her family. As a Catholic, she always makes time for prayer, believing it’s important to always keep God close to her heart and mind.
