About Felix Martinez Jr.

With his impressive architectural background and passion for solidly constructed homes, Felix Martinez, Jr. brings a driven, determined approach to real estate fueled by a youthful, friendly spirit. Having exhibited an eye for design and structure at a young age, his dynamic career in real estate seemed to come naturally. Yet, never one to rest on his laurels, he peppers his experience with knowledge and an uncanny attention to detail.

Felix grew up in Sylmar where he spent most of his life, save a few stray years in Santa Clarita. To this day, he exhibits an expert knowledge of the San Fernando Valley as well as its diverse neighborhoods and housing markets. While attending John F. Kennedy High School in Granada Hills, he was accepted into an Architectural Magnet where he spent three years refining his skills at drafting, model making, design, floor planning, and digital modeling software. All of this comes into play as he helps families find floor plans that meet their specific needs. Felix’s time as an architecture student also helped him to develop a strong appreciation for the environment and how it relates to a residence.

Felix loves the inherent demand for personal development and entrepreneurial thinking that comes with a career in real estate. It fits well with his almost religious devotion to self-development. He sees each day as an opportunity to build upon the successes of the previous one. At the heart of his realty style, Felix harbors a reliable consistency that promises unwavering service to each of his clients. He also regularly taps into his technological savvy to give his clients an advantage using state-of-the-art methods and contemporary social media marketing.

In his personal time, Felix enjoys testing his physical limits, whether hiking, bicycling, or rock climbing. With a healthy appreciation of the great outdoors, he’s visited national parks such as Yosemite and Zion, not to mention hitting the local trails at least 3 times a week. He also enjoys motorsports, having ridden ATVs since the age of three. It’s still his favorite way to see the Mojave Desert. After working up an appetite, Felix enjoys dining on Italian, Mediterranean or Mexican cuisine.
