About Karen Cutillo-Danyluk

For most of her adult life, Karen Cutillo-Danyluk has been working in real estate; at times holding it as her sole professional focus, at other times balancing it with her fast-paced modeling career. Because of this, she’s served as a licensed real estate agent in Florida, New York, and California, learning the nuances of a diverse array of housing markets. Karen grew up in the sun-kissed city of Daytona Beach, Florida, eventually moving to Orlando where she attended the University of Central Florida, acquiring her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism. She first became acquainted with Los Angeles during the summer of 1999 when her modeling and acting career brought her to Hollywood. But she wanted to do more, so she obtained her real estate license the following year.

She considers Miami the place where her career in real estate really kickstarted. Initially, she worked closely with a developer of upscale high rise condos on the water. But her modeling career pulled her away to New York where she continued balancing her two careers, this time leasing apartments in Manhattan.

These days, Karen is bringing her highly optimistic and contagiously positive realty style to serving communities across Encino, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, and Sherwood Forest. She adores the opportunity to meet so many new people and introduce them to connections that can further their goals. Illustrating a knack for building ironclad rapport with buyers, sellers, agents, and everyone in between, she regularly uses her compassion and honesty to help guide her artful negotiation skills. Her empathy and excellent communication make it easy for her to thoroughly comprehend her clients’ goals and masterfully navigate them through turbulence-free transactions. And if there’s a bump in the road? She uses her carefully developed expertise and creativity to iron it out.

A true family woman, Karen is a proud wife and mother. She never misses a chance to cheer for her son at his hockey games or her daughter at her dance competitions. She’s also a consummate host, adeptly organizing parties and get-togethers with friends colored by her trademark flair for the festive. This is perhaps most evident at Christmastime when she and her husband go the extra mile to bring seasonal cheer to her neighborhood with a colossal display of lights and decor including a dancing fountain choreographed to carols and a working train in her backyard that can accommodate children and adults alike! Even amongst all this, Karen, a self-professed health and fitness enthusiast, finds time to stay fit, whether hiking, riding bikes, or engaging in vigorous workouts with weights.
