About Kenneth Linares

A Southern California native, Kenneth built an appreciation and expert knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles area early in life. After attending Pierce College for Business and Marketing, he entered a fast-paced career in sales where he spent the next two decades garnering a reputation for excellence and eventually moving on to represent over 300 prestigious companies including Bentley, Volvo, Johnson & Johnson, and Coca-Cola. At this point, his sales expertise was mixed with a fair bit of marketing including product integration in feature film and television. It was while working closely with these demanding clients that Kenneth honed his sterling customer service skills.

These days, he’s applying that “client first” approach to real estate. Kenneth loves helping a diversity of people through one of the most important transactions of their lives, be it a new couple purchasing their first home, an established family adding a vacation home, or a bachelor finding the ultimate bachelor pad. On a personal level, he’s found that each day brings a new experience with new faces, new places, and new exciting challenges.

Obsessed with fresh experiences and knowledge, Kenneth enjoys spending his free time traveling to unfamiliar destinations and learning the nuances, as well as the similarities, of different cultures. When at home, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen or staying fit with vigorous weekend hikes with his fiancée and dog. During the summer he loves to unwind with beach days, while winters find him hitting the mountains for snowboarding.
