About Sylvia Mesropyan

Since obtaining her real estate license in 2015, Sylvia Mesropyan has been balancing her paralegal duties with helping buyers find their dream homes. Consistently going out of her way to bring her clients a smooth experience, she radiates an unimpeachable honesty, peerless patience, and professional promptness through every transaction. Sylvia loves meeting new people just as much as she enjoys the thrill of handing keys over to buyers.

At the age of 12, Sylvia moved to the U.S. from her birthplace of Yerevan, Armenia. Always exhibiting a thirst for knowledge, she handily obtained college and paralegal degrees before receiving her REALTOR® license. Since 2000, she’s been working full time as a paralegal, which actually led to her real estate calling. After assisting in numerous lawsuits involving real estate, she became profoundly interested in using her knowledge to help people find their dream homes.

Sylvia looks forward to ending everyday at home, helping her children with their homework. She treasures each moment spent with her family, whether going for bike rides at the beach or spending a day out on the boat. As you might have guessed, she adores the ocean as well!
