About Paul Sutton

With over two decades of experience in the housing industry in a diversity of roles encompassing construction, mortgage loan processing and underwriting, landscape design, and everything in between, Paul Sutton’s passion for helping people always shines through. He recognizes that real estate is where form and function coincide to create a larger work of art and it’s with that respect that he dedicates himself to his clients’ goals, exemplifying his trademark honesty, persistence, and meticulous attention to detail. It’s part of why he’s built such a solid reputation for going above and beyond for his clients.

Paul grew up in Harbor City, spending time in Carson before moving to San Pedro where he’s been residing since 2017. He accumulated industry experience while working for a multitude of mortgage companies over the years in a diversity of roles including loan opener, document drawer, processor, and underwriter. While working in residential construction, he began studying to become a real estate agent for added security as new housing development began to wind down across the state. But in realty, he found a new passion that tapped into his thirst for knowledge, flexibility, knack for problem-solving in dynamic environments, and industry savvy.

Paul’s penchant for helping people has inspired him to volunteer for the Red Cross and obtain certification in both BLS and EMT. He’s also currently pursuing his degree in Fire/Tech through El Camino College. In what little free time he has left, he enjoys staying active through camping, hiking, fishing, and snowboarding, expanding his mind whether reading or listening to audiobooks, and catching some well-deserved R&R at the nearest beach.
