About Brenda Ashby
Since 2005, Brenda Ashby has been using her vast market knowledge and experience to loyally help clients with their real estate needs including first-time homeownership, lucrative sales, upsizing, downsizing, and savvy investing. With her industry connections, gift for negotiation, and round-the-clock accessibility, it’s no wonder 85% of her clients are referrals! Having spent years getting to know Los Angeles and building an intimate understanding of its neighborhoods, Brenda moved to Palmdale in 2023. Today, she continues to serve LA with a focus on Palmdale and its surrounding areas. Prior to her real estate career, she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. She’d go on to become a Sales Engineer for Verizon where she honed her responsive, professional style before answering her true calling: life as a trusted real estate agent.
When not making real estate dreams come true, Brenda enjoys date nights with her husband, catching up with her family, cooking, and connecting with her community.
