Edvin was born in Woodland Hills and raised in Canoga Park, imbuing him with a deep understanding of the San Fernando Valley and the Greater LA area’s diverse housing markets. After school, he worked in construction as a waterproofer, building his knowledge of home design and quality. During this period, he watched top agents selling properties and found a contagious desire to guide families through perhaps one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Since then, he’s been helping clients realize their possibilities, connecting with a diverse community while elevating them to their real estate goals.

Edvin loves staying active, having played varsity football for 2 years and enjoying immersing himself in the great outdoors. He also likes to express his creativity through sewing and 35mm photography.
