Joe Nahas began his real estate career in mortgage lending, working many multi-million dollar transactions. He later transitioned to real estate full-time, representing buyers and sellers. Known for his dedication to delivering world-class client service and results, he skillfully guides clients across the real estate spectrum, from educating first-time buyers to managing complex transactions for experienced investors. A dedicated professional with years of experience from sales to leasing, Joe serves neighborhoods in Toluca Lake, Burbank, Studio City, and Greater Los Angeles.

Joe works as an acting director in the Advisory Council of the Los Angeles Police Historical Museum and as a contributing member of St Jude Children's Research Hospital and Miracle Maker at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. A California native and graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Joe comes from a family of entrepreneurs. As area developers for a casual healthy Tex-Mex food franchise, they own the territory for the San Fernando Valley. His experience in franchising has familiarized Joe with commercial real estate and executing critically timed transactions.
