About Dennis Marquez

Dennis Marquez wants you to realize that anyone can own a home, a belief that compelled him to obtain his real estate license in 2021 so he could fully explore his passion for helping others. After using his knowledge and energy to secure a concrete foundation from which to build generational wealth for his family, he turned to helping others with the same mission. Supported by his savvy use of modern marketing techniques and his persistence, he continues to artfully address the diverse needs of his client base.

After growing up in Apple Valley, Dennis moved to the Glendale/La Crescenta area in 2011. He received his Associate of Science Degree in the Recording Arts from the Los Angeles Film School and continues to study Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University.

Dennis splits his love of real estate with his passion for the automotive industry; one that’s found him exploring the full spectrum from working on his own cars to photography and cinematography work with automobiles as his subject. He enjoys staying active with hiking, boxing, and camping, and hitting the road for day trips or more distant destinations. When he wants to unwind, he enjoys playing Call of Duty MW3 Ranked. Dennis is also a big believer in community, volunteering at his local sheriff’s station.
