Casey Nizni offers over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. His career began in Texas upon graduation from the University of Houston with a degree in business administration. In 2001, Casey became a full-time real estate broker in a major national franchise and has since closed over 600 residential, commercial, and business sale transactions and has originated hundreds of mortgage loans as a mortgage broker.

Casey permanently relocated to Los Angeles in 2018, and in 2024, he set out to magnify his California real estate practice with JohnHart. Clients value Casey for his polished negotiation skills, know-how of modern marketing, focus on client privacy, competitive fees, and excellence in handling unique, high-end properties. Casey is also a California-licensed notary public and can act as a real estate signing/closing agent.
