It's apparent that Tatiana Hamparsomian grew up in a real estate household. It’s not just in her industry knowledge, but the way she engages with her clients; balancing compassionate patience with the kind of focus and persistence that gets results. Tatiana was born and raised in the Pasadena/Altadena area to a real estate broker father and a mother with a career in the lending industry, immersing her in the full spectrum of realty from birth. She always knew that she’d have a future in helping people buy the homes they loved but her official introduction came with some early house-flipping endeavors and attending open houses, giving her valuable hands-on experience that pairs well with her honest, communicative style.

On a personal level, Tatiana adores learning the histories of homes and seeing all of the different architectural styles LA has to offer. She’s happiest when her mind is engaged, whether reading a book, playing volleyball, cooking, organizing, or simply catching up with family and friends. It’s that insatiable hunger for knowledge that finds her in pursuit of both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Management. Meticulously educated, naturally detail-oriented, and unwaveringly loyal to her clients, Tatiana continues to make real estate dreams into realities across the Greater LA region.
