About Elizabeth Switzer

Elizabeth Switzer has always held a fascination for real estate development; watching architectural plans become functional structures, further characterized by tasteful landscaping and interior design. But it was the chance to apply her hard work ethic to a partnership with her father, a veteran of the real estate industry with over 20 years’ experience, that finally swayed this detail-oriented, creative agent to a life in realty. Now, she’s helping clients realize their real estate aspirations in her native Burbank and beyond, including Glendale, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Moorpark, and Thousand Oaks.

Elizabeth grew up in Burbank and still resides there to this day. Along with learning the nuances of the city’s housing market, she continues its legacy of aviation, holding her Private Pilot’s License. Elizabeth honed her trademark determination throughout her history as a competitive athlete. She’s competed as a Division 1 gymnast for Long Island University and continues to leap over limitations as a competitive pole vaulter, religiously practicing on weekends until the competitive season. It’s the same steadfast, unwavering focus that she puts behind the dreams of her clients as she propels them to their loftiest real estate goals.
