Silva, having acquired an intimate understanding of the Greater Los Angeles area and its unique real estate climate, spent the better part of the 1990s focused on listing and selling apartment buildings. Subsequently, she transitioned to predominantly residential properties, though she’d still field the occasional commercial real estate transaction. Outside of her business Silva, maintains a strong bond with her community in Northridge, whether engaging in local social activities with friends and family or volunteering at her church.
