Ann was a fantastic partner for me through my first-time buying experience. I had zero knowledge of the process going in and she walked me through all the important documents and decisions as they came up. She was always available for questions or to look at a house I was interested in. Once I finally decided on a home that I wanted, she accompanied me during the home inspection and did a thorough review herself so that she had as much leverage as possible for price negotiations. We landed at a price I was happy with so I could not be happier with my experience with Ann.

Ann made home buying process so easy and smooth. From open houses to closing escrow, she was always on top of everything. Ann is very knowledgeable and responsive. Ann is knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful, Throughout the process of selling our home she explained everything in detail and was constantly available, even immediately answering concerns expressed via very late-night emails. Although our old house had some flaws Ann kept our best interests in mind while proceeding with integrity and professionalism.

We recently sold an investment property in the Santa Clarita area and Ann was the buyer's agent. Ann did a great job of answering questions, working with the buyers and our agent to come to a great price for both of us, had a super quick response time and was so supportive and professional throughout the entire process. This property closed in under 30 days and most agents struggle with quick closing, but Ann handled it like a pro. Documents were turned around quickly, inspections were done almost immediately and all we can say is great things about our experience with Ann. We would recommend using her to anyone buying or selling.

I highly recommend Ann. She is a true professional at what she does. She was my agent when I purchased my home in North Hills back in 2016. Great communication with Ann all around. She always showed up on time for property viewing, rain or shine. Returned all my calls and left messages when I wasn’t available to answer my phone. She wasn’t very pushy into making me buy a property. She made sure I stayed within the little budget I have and made certain that the property was convenient for me and my 2 young children.
