About Tamara Ayvazyan

Supported by her bilingual fluency in English and Russian, real estate agent Tamara Ayvazyan helps clients in neighborhoods across Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, and Sun Valley obtain their dream homes while recognizing the unmatched security of property ownership. An investor herself, she realized after purchasing her first two properties a distinct joy in helping others in her community reach their loftiest real estate aspirations.

Tamara grew up in Russia and went on to study a variety of fields including journalism, marketing, and public relations with her schooling taking her to Germany, Belgium, and England before she returned to Russia for graduation. For 15 years, she worked as a television journalist, helping her to build connections throughout the community. In 2018, Tamara moved to Los Angeles where she attended realty training school to gain a firmer understanding of real estate. Her love for business analysis blends seamlessly with her personable nature, allowing her to pivot to her clients’ unique needs and represent their wants to the letter.

When not helping people achieve their real estate goals, Tamara loves to travel, having seen over 40 countries around the world (and counting). She also adores throwing herself into organizing family events, specializing in children’s birthday parties.
