About Alex Semerjian

With over 40 years of licensed experience under his belt, Alex Semerjian is a veteran agent who still feels the same excitement for helping people that he felt on his very first day. With his encyclopedic knowledge of real estate, he enjoys answering all of your residential and commercial questions and serving as an insightful guide in commercial real estate investment thanks to his gift for numbers and strategy. Illustrating his love for communication, Alex is fluent in English, Arabic, and Armenian and conversational in Russian and French.

Alex frequently moved around with his family in his formative years, gifting him with a worldliness that he continues to expand through travel when possible. After receiving his primary education in the Middle East, he graduated from the State University of Yerevan. He briefly moved to Hollywood in 1981 and then Glendale before eventually moving on to Burbank, giving him a well-rounded familiarity with the area and its numerous housing markets. Always ready with a recommendation, Alex takes a particular interest in the area’s tennis courts as both a player and a spectator.

Alex’s love for helping others inspired him to obtain his real estate license from Lumbleau Real Estate School in 1987. He quickly found real estate to offer limitless potential for him and, more importantly, his clients.
