Roubina and her team made the process easy and smooth. Our house was staged, beautiful professional photos taken as well as a drone video, flyers and open houses scheduled the first 2 weekends we listed on the market. And through her efforts we received offers within the first week.

These 2 people were fantastic and they did it wonderful job in helping me purchase my first home. Especially Roubina who went beyond and to ask the developer to remove the upgrade package and lower the price to fit my budget. Albert also did a great job in working with the developer and the escrow during the funding stage when the bank delay my wire.
Lastly, I was really impressed and happy and couldn't have done it without their help and I was really blessed.
