When someone can step into your home as a professional and leave as part of your family... you know you've truly put your trust into the right person. When it became evident that it was time for us to purchase a family home to have our Mom and Family member live together for her care, we knew that we could trust Paul and Cyndi to assist us with this purchase. There were issues that came about throughout securing and closing the deal but Paul and Cyndi were able to help resolve them! They were both very patient with Mom's questions and in listening to her stories. They were available to show us homes, guide us through the process and do everything they could to insure a smooth transition for Mom, her new "roommates" and the rest of the extended family. We recommend this professional team to help you with your purchase or sale of property!
Diana is just an amazing, knowledgeable, determined, driven, caring realtor. My husband and I bought our house in December of 2015 and I do t think we could have done it without Diana's help. Diana helped me find a rental in castaic for my family which was really difficult because I have several pets. She was very helpful and knowledgeable she was always available when something became available for us to see.

We met Diana at an open house over 5 years ago. She helped us find the right house. We didn't know what our buying power was or what our budget should be. I worked with Dianna J. in total of 3 property transaction. She is not just helpful but go above and beyond of my expectation. She is very knowledgeable in her profession. she gave great attention to my need and pick up call every time I call. many realtor call next day. Last condo I sold with her help in July 2017. She helped me to even choose one offer out of two great buyer who was offering above asking price.
